Training:
Through our hands-on courses and expert instructors, students gain skills they can use the first day back on the job.  Our training program includes:

• Product Training
  Network General Product Training enables administrators to quickly master critical concepts for network performance, application management and network security using the Sniffer products.
  
  
• Network Management and Analysis Training
  Curriculum teaches advanced network analysis and troubleshooting techniques for a variety of topologies and situations. Students learn to identify and solve real world problems in the safety of an expert-led lab.
  
  
• Web Delivered Training
  Our e-learning training provides Network Professionals with topics of interest, such as VoIP, delivered across the Internet. Courses are focused on topics that are current and relevant to the needs and issues affecting Network Engineers today. Each session is two hours, using an interactive forum to discuss, share, and demonstrate key concepts.

Certification Program:
As a complement to the training program, Network General offers a certification program to aide you in a continued professional growth path.  The Sniffer Certified Professional Program (SCPP) is developed in alignment with Sniffer University courses. The SCPP recognizes network professionals who have demonstrated an in-depth understanding of Network General products and network technologies. Network General offers three levels of certification:

• Professional
• Expert
• Master
